Customer Feedback
At STR Service Centre we really do value customer feedback and would love to hear back from customers with their great experiences, so we can share them with our team!
In the event that we don’t get things quite right, please do email us at workshop@strgb.co.uk setting our your concerns and providing us with your full contact details, so we can look into the matter for you. Its probably worth referring to our terms and conditions which are available on our website, in the interim, but we will of course acknowledge your concern by email within 2 working days of its receipt and will respond fully within 7 working days - either by email or we will give you a call. Please bear in mind that we always aim to treat you with the utmost courtesy and respect, and likewise, our staff expect to be treated that way too.
